Our Quality Improvement Plan

The National Regulations require services to have a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). The aim of a QIP is to help providers self-assess their performance in delivering quality education and care, and to plan future improvements.

The QIP will become our roadmap as we work to improve quality in these areas at First Steps PreKindy. The QIP will be updated annually and will help regulatory authorities with the assessment of our service.
